What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the dancer's age and anything you write in the message box. We ask for the dancer's age because it is the only way to tell you which class fits.

Once a pupil joins we also hold [pupil name, date of birth, emergency contact, medical or access needs].

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to place your child in the right class, to contact you about classes, shows, exams and fees, and to reach you in an emergency during a class.

Who sees it

Enquiries go to Angela and, depending on the class you ask about, to the teacher who runs it. Nobody else sees them. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

How long we keep it

Photographs

We ask permission before photographing pupils, and we do not publish a child's full name on this website or on social media. If you would rather your child was not photographed at all, tell Angela. [How permission is recorded. Policy on parents photographing shows.]
